Guidelines for submitting your images for viewing on our website.


  • You must be a full member in good standing.
  • You must submit a short bio.
  • All images must have a title. We recommend including it in your metadata and rename the file. EXAMPLE: LADY-IN-THE-BLUE-HAT.jpg
  • If you have more than five images or you have large images, please consider using a file sharing tool called Dropbox. It's free.

Images submitted for the website should be sent to the secretary, Abena Sharon Dale and to Kaye Cooksey



Please contact our treasurer Sonja Hughes for a paypal invoice for dues renewal.


New members must fill out CAAAP MEMBERSHIP APPPLICATION in person and return it to the secretary.
